Resources for Leaders in Religious Communities

Leaders of religious communities are turned to in times of personal and mass crisis. It is incumbent upon leaders to serve their communities with attention to their health as well as their spiritual well being. Evidence has shown people are at their most well when they are offered medical, psychological and spiritual 'health care.'

It is also important that, as leaders, you take care of yourself. We offer on this site, advice for how to take care of yourself as a caretaker, so do make sure to check in with yourself regularly, as there comes a point when taking care of others is detrimental without taking care of one's self.
